recemment  j’ai eu l’occasion de travailler sur un projet photo avec la talentueuse vanessa baïetto-renoux, créatrice de bijoux volutes – elle voulait des images de sa nouvelle collection "comme maman" - un collection de bijoux pour le cortège, les enfants, filles et garçons des mariés, pour les demoiselles d’honneur et toute personne qui sera ainsi en accord parfait avec la mariée !    son site est un "must" pour toute future mariée – tous ses bijoux sont fabriqués par ses soins dans son adorable boutique dans le magnifique village médievale de alby-sur-cheran (74).

recently i was lucky enough to work with the wonderful and very talented vanessa baïetto-renoux of bijoux volutes for this product shoot for the new wedding season – she creates gorgeous costume jewellry for brides ….   necklaces, bracelets, hair decorations, earrings, rings, …. beautiful beautiful products – do go and have a look at her site, or even better visit her gorgeous shop in Alby sur Cheran here in Haute Savoie.   this range is for the children of the wedding party so that they can wear the same gorgeous creations as the grown ups … it’s called  "comme maman".

what a gorgeous little baby for a portrait session – he’s only just 2 months and he is totally cute!     he was a little poppet and grinned and gurgled throughout and boy does he wriggle … he’s nearly managing to turn over already and i reckon before they know it his mum and dad wil be moving all their valuables up a shelf or two because it won’t be long until he’s crawling !!!!

   go on admit it – he is cute isn’t he !!    x

woohoo !      spring looks as though it’s finally here !   the sunny weather was the perfect excuse to go to the lake in annecy to do a bit of paddling … okay and take a few fun portraits of the girls !

so this is how it started …. "please can we go paddling, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaase ?!!!"

then this happened .. but hey it was fun if a little chilly !

a week or two ago i was shooting some more headshots and therapy shots at the bridge centre for natural health in derby  for their new brochure.   i was quietly sitting on the floor in the studio with my camera checking thru shots when this adorable little lad to came in to play for 5 minutes or so until his mum was ready to go … so cute and a great thomas the tank engine fan too – perfect !  i couldn’t resist – isn’t he gorgeous !!!       if you like this have a look at my other child portraits.

it was the school / village carnival last weekend, the theme this year was cinema so thanks to father christmas being amazingly good at predicting the future they went as jack sparrow (honest !) and an indian princess (look she liked the sari … hee … think blonde bollywood!)  anyway i think they look fab … but then again i might be just a tinsy winsy bit biased !
